For some dog owners, it was love at first sight, but some future owners need help choosing the right breed. White Star Dog Training can tell you about the different dog breeds to see which one's a good fit for you. Here's a list of common dog breeds and their characteristics:
  • Boxers have high energy. They need a long walk or a good run daily.
  • Retrievers (Golden) are obedient, tough, exuberant, and willing to please.
  • Retrievers (Labrador) have high energy levels
  • Chihuahuas are usually devoted to one person. Some may be bold, others may be timid.
  • Belgian Malinois can be intense and have high energy. They are alert, smart and make good watch dogs.
